BCA’s capabilities include Business Development/Capture, Proposal Development, and Strategic Planning. Roy has over 43 years of combined military and defense industry experience.
Roy is a retired Colonel and his military experience includes over 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, working in Space Operations, Missile Operations and Maintenance, Strategic Planning, Integrated Logistics Support, and education and training. He also has 17 years’ worth of experience with defense contracting in Business Development, Capture Management, Proposal Development, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Assistance, and Strategic Planning. Roy has contributed to the growth of many businesses and has won contracts totaling over $3 billion.
